I love the french feel of this painting despite the fact that it is London. There is a brilliance to the painting that attracts like a moth to a lightsource. The nightlife of the city is lit up with so much vibrance enhanced by strong composition drawing in the viewer to take part. This artist knows her medium well and has drawn back from full realism to make her painting more gentle on the eye, slightly abstracted. A must for any collection where city buildings, light and life play a part
